New Library to our community - We Need Your Help to Get There!

This Giving Season, all donations up to $100,000 will be matched 
by Southwest Gas Foundation and the Martis Camp Foundation!

We Need a New Library

The current Truckee Library is nearly 50 years old, with a max capacity of 54 people. We have over 15,000 Truckee Library card holders - we've outgrown the library and are ready to build the space we need.

More than Books

A library is more than books - it's a free and accessible community resource that serves everyone. Our new library will be a hub for children exploring the joy of reading, teens seeking a safe space to grow, adults enhancing their careers, and seniors finding connection and support. It's a space for everyone now, and for generations to come.
