COLORADO DANCE EDUCATION ORGANIZATION

Since 2013 Colorado Dance Education Organization (CoDEO) presents an annual Dance Conference to benefit Colorado dance students from grades 8-12 to collegiate; National Honor Society for Dance Arts (NHSDA) students; Dance educators in Colorado K-12 public, private and charter schools; University level teachers; Regional and national choreographers; and Health professionals.

Since 2015 CoDEO has awarded over $6000 in Merit Scholarships to attending conference students that demonstrate excellent work ethic, technical proficiency, artistry and potential and talent. 

High School Juniors and Seniors also have the ability to be awarded scholarships from attending state colleges and universities.

We ask for your support to continue to provide strong programming and opportunities to Colorado students and educators.

January 27-28, 2024, CoDEO will be presenting the 10th Annual Dance Conference in Pueblo, Colorado. Previous conferences have been held in Denver, Colorado Springs, and Fort Collins at the Denver School of the Arts, Liberty High School, and Colorado State University drawing educators and students from all corners of the state and beyond.
