Sons of Confederate Veterans Inc

The Sons of Confederate Veterans was founded in 1896 by Confederate veterans themselves.  The mission of the organization is to protect the memory of the Confederate soldier and the cause for which he fough , and to make sure the true history of the South is presented to future generations.  We accomplish this mission through educational programs at our monthly meetings, community service events, living history events such as parades and memorials services.  We also protect and care for Confederate symbols, monuments and memorials.

Meetings are open to the public.  Membership is limited to men who can trace their lineage to a Confederate veteran.  We will assist with the genealogical research at no cost.

Our Dallas camp meets at La Madeleine Restaurant, 3906 Lemmon Avenue, Dallas on the first Thursday of each month.  We gather for dinner at 6:30 and the meeting starts at 7pm.  Please come and join us!
