Together, we can make a difference! Your donation will be used to alleviate poverty through literacy, education, employment, and training. All proceeds benefit the CobbWorks adult, youth, and family workforce development programs and improve family economic outcomes and stability.

CobbWorks is committed to supporting the community through a variety of free and accessible services:
Career Service Centers offer free access to computers, Wi-Fi, resources, and personalized support to empower individuals on their path to employment and career success.
Job search assistance, resume development, and interview skills support help individuals succeed in today’s competitive job market.
Education and Skills Training Scholarships: Low-income and at-risk adults and youth receive scholarships for post-secondary education, providing access to education and training that empowers individuals to achieve their career goals and build brighter futures.
Comprehensive Wraparound Support: Assistance with transportation, childcare, car repairs, rent mitigation, work uniforms, and more to help individuals overcome the barriers of employment.
Family Literacy Programs: ESL, GED, HS Diploma Classes, and Online Learning Literacy programs equip individuals with essential skills for success and open pathways to education, employment, and economic independence.
Paid Youth Internships: Education, training, and work-readiness/employment programs are essential to breaking generational cycles of poverty. Youth internship programs provide meaningful work experiences for individuals 15–25.
Strong partnerships with employers create employment placement opportunities, connecting individuals with meaningful careers.
Digital and Financial Literacy Programs: Computer and financial literacy programs are available for low-income and low-skilled youth and adults. Increasing computer skills, understanding technology, and money management improve and expand employment opportunities.
Apprenticeship Programs: Through partnerships with local businesses and training institutions, we provide year-round apprenticeship programs, focusing on supporting low-income families, veterans, individuals with employment barriers, justice-involved residents, and those experiencing homelessness.
Professional Development and Work Readiness Workshops equip individuals with the skills needed for career advancement and workplace success.
