CGA, Inc.

Founded in December 2007, CGA, Inc. was established as the nonprofit arm of the Casa Grande Alliance to implement programs that address community needs. Guided by a Board of Directors composed of local leaders who meet quarterly, our Executive Director and staff oversee initiatives that strengthen families, empower youth, and support individuals across Casa Grande and Pinal County.

CGA, Inc. provides substance misuse prevention education, treatment resource information, coalition mentoring, reentry support, and administrative assistance to the Casa Grande Alliance and other community prevention coalitions. These coalitions create a collaborative framework for organizations, families, and individuals to address substance misuse, reentry challenges, and other community concerns, with CGA, Inc. supplying both programmatic and operational support.

Beyond prevention efforts, CGA, Inc. offers a variety of programs designed to foster resilience and well-being. The Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) equips parents with research-based strategies to build strong, healthy family dynamics, while our Anger Management courses provide individuals with tools to manage emotions constructively. The Casa Grande Youth Alliance engages young people in leadership and community service opportunities, empowering them to create positive change.

For families facing addiction, our Parents of Addicted Loved Ones (PAL) program offers education and a supportive community. We also operate a vape prevention program for school-age children, educating them on the risks of vaping and nicotine addiction. Additionally, we are committed to veteran assistance, connecting service members with essential resources and support.

Our Reentry Project provides individuals transitioning from incarceration with the resources and guidance they need to reintegrate successfully into the community. Through mentorship, job readiness support, and access to critical services, we help reduce recidivism and promote long-term stability.

To meet basic community needs, CGA, Inc. runs a food, clothing, and diaper bank on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-7 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM-1 PM, ensuring families have access to essential supplies.

CGA, Inc. is also a host site for the AARP Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP), providing adults with valuable job training and work experience. Additionally, we offer volunteer opportunities for students, court-appointed individuals, and community members looking to give back. Our organization serves as a resource hub, helping individuals connect with vital services throughout the area.
