MATHCOUNTS of California

We help build a love

of math and problem solving.

MATHCOUNTS of California provides engaging math programs to California middle school students of all ability levels to build confidence and improve attitudes towards math and problem solving and introduce them to a career in engineering.

The CSPE Education Foundation supports MATHCOUNTS of California. We serve 2,800 students a year through 25 regional math competitions in February that feed into two state-level (Northern and Southern California) competitions in March. Our four highest-scoring individuals then travel with the coach of the winning team to the national competition in May.

All donations to the California Society of Professional Engineers Education Foundation support MATHCOUNTS of California.
