Scouting Changes Lives!

The mission of the California Inland Empire Council, Scouting America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices throughout their lives by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law.

For more than a century, Scouting has helped youth develop character, confidence, leadership skills, and a commitment to service. Today, we proudly serve families across Riverside and San Bernardino Counties — including the Coachella Valley — providing programs that build strong minds, strong bodies, and strong communities.

Our Cub Scouting program welcomes both boys and girls, ensuring that even more young people have access to the adventure, mentorship, and values-based leadership development that Scouting provides.

Through outdoor experiences, hands-on learning, community service, and leadership opportunities, Scouts gain real-world skills that prepare them to succeed in school, careers, and life. Scouting builds resilience, fosters teamwork, strengthens citizenship, and inspires youth to give back to their communities.

Scout Oath

Scout Law

A Scout is: trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent.
