Bengal Brigade & Cheerleader Booster Club of Katy High School

Hello to all! The Katy Bengal Brigade and Cheerleaders are preparing for that once in a career trip to Disneyland.   Although the trip was planned well in advance, the cost kept to a minimum and the benefits out of control we’ve been thrown a curve.  Hurricane HARVEY made himself famous in our Katy community and hit many of our businesses as well as our families and friends in ways that will take months to overcome.  With that said I know that many of you have also been personally effected by the devastation and my thoughts and prayers will continue for your strength and perseverance to overcome this challenge.  

Because so many of our loyal businesses and supporters are in the process of rebuilding I am reaching out for a little help.  I would love to help fund this year without burdening any one area~~ We have set a goal of $200,000 to fund the entire year without having to ask our families for money.  This would allow the TEAM to pursue their dream of performing on the stage at DISNEYLAND and honoring all our time honored KBBC traditions like…football season, black out pep rally, elementary pep rallies, basketball and volleyball season, progressive dinner, spring trip, spring show, etc……  I know it’s a huge amount but if everyone could help just a little, I do believe in miracles!

Being the Director of the Katy Bengal Brigade and Cheerleaders for the past 35 years has been an honor and privilege.  To have a job that allows me to share so much with so many has truly blessed my life in ways most would not understand.  Over the years this organization has given untold opportunities to its members and myself.   The TEAM has had the privilege of serving our community members and businesses for many years in service and activities, which have become honored traditions.  

KBBC strives to instill integreity, teamwork, leadership, community service, and dedication in ALL Team members and every year I am proud of their accomplishments.  Please help our TEAM realize their goal of performing at Disney!
