We have the privelege of working some of the most inspirational and iconic people alive - many of whom who have overcome huge challenges and achieved extraordinary things. We share their experiences and demystify what it takes to succeed - helping people around the world to build the skills and confidence they need to realise their ambitions, whether that's climbing Everest, or getting a job to support one's family and community.

We aim to raise hope and aspirations in some of the most deprived communities around the world, challenging the perceived constraints and artificial barriers that hold people back.
