Sadie G. Mays Health & Rehabilitation Center

 FOR 77 YEARS, WE HAVE PROVIDED COMPASSIONATE, PROFESSIONAL NURSING SERVICES TO THE ELDERS OF OUR COMMUNITY.  Our team of experienced professionals provide long-term nursing care, short-term rehabilitative care with physical, occupational, and speech therapies, respite care, and hospice care. We also have an extensive activity program designed to engage our residents in mind, body, and spirit.   

WE ARE NOW IN THE PROCESS OF RENOVATING OUR FACILITY, WHICH WAS BUILT IN 1967.  So far, we have renovated the dining room, lobby, and shower rooms, installed a new roof, and repaired our exterior. WE ARE CURRENTLY RENOVATING THE RESIDENTS’ ROOMS, BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP TO FINISH THE JOB.

Sadie G. Mays Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 501c3 organization that operates under the auspices of the Atlanta Association for Convalescent Aged Persons, Inc.  Founded by Sadie Gray Mays (Mrs. Benjamin E. Mays) in 1947, our facility was among the first nursing homes in Georgia where patients could receive professional care with dignity, regardless of race or economic status.
